About Us

As church-planting missionaries, James and Amy believe that the Lord has called them to establish multiple indigenous churches by evangelizing the lost, equipping the saints and training national leadership, for the glory of God. Understanding this cannot be done alone, they encourage interdependence between like-minded churches. In 2008, God moved them to the city of Pilar – a city of nearly 300,000 souls and no other fundamental gospel work. In August 2008, they began weekly Bible studies, which grew into inaugurating their first church plant in 2010. The church now has its own building, an average of 110 in attendance, deacons, and a national pastor-in-training. Once the church is ready to be independent, they will transition the work to national leadership and will repeat the church-planting process in a nearby area.
